UC Doctoral Scholarships at University of Canterbury, New Zealand

Nursing College Scholarship applications must be made to the Scholarship Office, University of Canterbury, in the form approved by no later than 17:00 on May 15 or 17:00 on October 15
3. a) To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the academic requirements for registration at the level of Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Canterbury on 10 December (for those applying October 15), or 15 June (for those applying May 15) in the year application.
b) Students who have registered for a PhD at the University can apply for scholarships, although this will usually be considered only for the students their first or second year of study.
c) Candidates may only apply twice to UC Doctoral Scholarship.
4. a) Each scholarship offer will lapse if not accepted in writing within one calendar month of the offer made.
b) Any undergraduate not yet enrolled in doctoral research must be enrolled in the doctoral program by June 1 (for those applying October 15) in applications next year, or December 1 (for those applying May 15) in the year application. Nursing College Scholarship Description: The "Scholarship Program for Diaspora Children '(SPDC) was launched by the Government of India, 2007, to help children / care of Latter Indian Origin (PIOs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in pursuing under graduate courses in several disciplines in India. Under this scheme, closer to 400 PIO / NRI students have the benefit over the last four academic years. UNIL Master’s Grants Nursing College Scholarships for International Students


The grant Nursing College Scholarships may not be used for any complementary studies required to enroll on the Master’s degree and may not be used for EMBAs or Masters of Advanced studies.

Amount and duration of the grant Details:

The Nursing College Scholarships amount of the grant is CHF 1,600.- per month from 15 September to 15 July, for a duration not exceeding the regulation minimum period of the programme (according to the programme, one-and-a-half years or two years subject to deduction for paid placements or exempt semesters, if any). Abandonment of the programme results in suspension of the grant.

Required Details:

The Nursing College Scholarships candidate must be the holder of a degree from a foreign university.

The qualification held by the candidate must be deemed equivalent to the UNIL Bachelor’s degree.

Selection Procedure Details:

Nursing College Scholarships Candidates complete the “UNIL Master’s Grant” form and submit their application to the Office for socio-cultural affairs (SASC, Unicentre, University of Lausanne, CH-1015 Lausanne, info.sasc@unil.ch) by 15 December 2011 at the latest. The application is examined by the University Rectorate to determine whether the candidate is admissible. In the event of a positive decision, the application is forwarded by the SASC to the UNIL Faculty responsible for the Master’s on which the candidate wishes to be enrolled. The Faculty selects applications and notifies the SASC of its opinion based on the candidate’s qualities, motivation and suitability for the Master’s programme. The SASC forwards shortlisted applications to the selection committee which will award grants to students meeting all criteria according to the available budget.

TBA Masters Nursing College Scholarships Programme


Nursing College Scholarships Funded by a consortium of funders TBA, TBA Postgraduate Scholarships are by the Association for Tropical Biology offered the African graduates. They should help African alumni undertake postgraduate studies after completing the course of TBA, as part of the former route TBA promotion program to promote the development of human resources and strengthening professional skills at target African biologists in biodiversity conservation and research.

Nursing College Scholarships includes:
The financing for up to two years of study leading to a degree of control.
According to the proposed program of study, the scholarship will include tuition,travel, learning materials, and paid a modest income.

Eligibility:
Nursing College Scholarships Applicants must be African nationals who have completed a course of TBA.
Emphasis is placed on those who have attended courses given since 2001.

Applicants must have a graduate program that strengthen their research skills and conservation are important in their own country.

How to apply

Nursing College Scholarships Applications must be submitted in English include:

Letter (no more than two pages) indicating how the applicant will benefit from this course are education for the conservation of biological diversity in the country, region, district and community to improve.
