UNIL Master’s Grants Nursing College Scholarships for International Students


The grant Nursing College Scholarships may not be used for any complementary studies required to enroll on the Master’s degree and may not be used for EMBAs or Masters of Advanced studies.

Amount and duration of the grant Details:

The Nursing College Scholarships amount of the grant is CHF 1,600.- per month from 15 September to 15 July, for a duration not exceeding the regulation minimum period of the programme (according to the programme, one-and-a-half years or two years subject to deduction for paid placements or exempt semesters, if any). Abandonment of the programme results in suspension of the grant.

Required Details:

The Nursing College Scholarships candidate must be the holder of a degree from a foreign university.

The qualification held by the candidate must be deemed equivalent to the UNIL Bachelor’s degree.

Selection Procedure Details:

Nursing College Scholarships Candidates complete the “UNIL Master’s Grant” form and submit their application to the Office for socio-cultural affairs (SASC, Unicentre, University of Lausanne, CH-1015 Lausanne, info.sasc@unil.ch) by 15 December 2011 at the latest. The application is examined by the University Rectorate to determine whether the candidate is admissible. In the event of a positive decision, the application is forwarded by the SASC to the UNIL Faculty responsible for the Master’s on which the candidate wishes to be enrolled. The Faculty selects applications and notifies the SASC of its opinion based on the candidate’s qualities, motivation and suitability for the Master’s programme. The SASC forwards shortlisted applications to the selection committee which will award grants to students meeting all criteria according to the available budget.

Hispanic Nursing College Scholarships Fund - HSBC North America scholarship must be accepted or enrolled as a student full-time pursuing a career in the majors from accounting, business administration, computer science, IT, marketing, finance, information technology (IT / MIS Relations), Management, Marketing or related . Have a GPA of 3.00 or higher on a scale of 4.00. Does financial need by filing the FAFSA demonstrate 2011-2012. Must be a U.S. citizen of Hispanic origin residing in the United States or a lawful permanent resident. TBA Masters Nursing College Scholarships Programme


Nursing College Scholarships Funded by a consortium of funders TBA, TBA Postgraduate Scholarships are by the Association for Tropical Biology offered the African graduates. They should help African alumni undertake postgraduate studies after completing the course of TBA, as part of the former route TBA promotion program to promote the development of human resources and strengthening professional skills at target African biologists in biodiversity conservation and research.

Nursing College Scholarships includes:
The financing for up to two years of study leading to a degree of control.
According to the proposed program of study, the scholarship will include tuition,travel, learning materials, and paid a modest income.

Eligibility:
Nursing College Scholarships Applicants must be African nationals who have completed a course of TBA.
Emphasis is placed on those who have attended courses given since 2001.

Applicants must have a graduate program that strengthen their research skills and conservation are important in their own country.

How to apply

Nursing College Scholarships Applications must be submitted in English include:
TBA Postgraduate Scholarship filled with application forms.
Letter (no more than two pages) indicating how the applicant will benefit from this course are education for the conservation of biological diversity in the country, region, district and community to improve.
A copy of the letter included the adoption of a university, or to produce documents showing they have applied for Master's degree or an equivalent degree.
Leave employer (if applicable) confirms the current status of the applicant and that you are allowed free time during the study.
Two letters of reference from someone who has looked after you wrote during your studies or professional employment. Note that this is your responsibility to ensure that referees send the reference letter in due course.

PhD in Architecture, Building and Planning

The aim of this programme is to provide the knowledge that is necessary for adapting the built environment to be able to cope with climate change.The duration of the project is four years. The project is expected to start in May 2011. The gross monthly salary increases from € 2042,- in the first year to € 2612,- in the fourth year.

We are looking for an excellent and highly motivated candidate with an MSc degree in Building Science, Building, Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or equivalent. Interest in modelling human behaviour, computer programming and physical processes (heat, air, moisture and pollution transfer) in the built environment is essential. Experience in human behaviour, climate adaptation modelling and computer programming, and/or experience in Building Performance Simulation, Computational Fluid Dynamics and/or Building Envelope Heat-Air-Moisture transfer modelling is a plus.
